This toaster worked well for about 9 months and then the handle would not stay down. Upon examination I found that an electromagnet is used to keep the toast mechanism down. I could not track down why the magnet did not get powered. I Will try a different brand.

This is a really good product. We are so pleased with its toasting ability. The frozen waffles come out perfectly crisp with no burned spots. Electronics Warehouse Outlet sent it immediately, and it was well-packed.

This is a great toaster and it does not cost a lot. It has a little dial that allows you to adjust the time you toast. I never have to push my toast down twice! The best part is the removable crumb tray. You can pull it out and dump all the crumbs out without making a mess.

I would recommend this toaster to anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune but still wants a toaster that works well.
