I mean it fits the description for the most part.
my mic isn't 115db, that's fur sure, and the sirens are probably somewhere around 95-100db.

The hand unit it made of VERYYY CHEAP plastic, and all the buttons are horrible.
Feels like something from the dollar store.

The horn part is alright, still kinda flimsy, but it looks nice.

Overall, for the low price it isn't too bad, I'd buy it again, It's going on a 1981 Honda Civic Wagon anyways.

Cons:
It is not really loud as other said, but any way the price is low.
